Welcome to Magpie BST (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online jewelry BST platform (the “Service”), where users can list, browse, and purchase jewelry and gemstones directly from other users.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To post or purchase listings, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity that occurs under your account.

2a. Public Display of Email Address

By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your email address will be publicly visible to other users. Please do not register with an email address you wish to keep private. Your continued use of the site constitutes consent to this public display.


3. User-Submitted Listings

  • You may list jewelry items and gemstones that you own and are legally allowed to sell.

  • Listings must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in removal or suspension.

  • You must clearly describe the item, including any certifications, if applicable.

  • You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it in connection with the Service.

4. Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed:

  • Stolen or counterfeit jewelry

  • Items infringing on intellectual property

  • Weapons disguised as jewelry

  • Items violating local, state, or federal laws

We reserve the right to remove any listing that we believe violates these rules.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • We do not process payments or facilitate transactions directly.

  • Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for completing transactions.

  • We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

  • Harass or abuse other users

  • Use the Service for illegal activities

  • Bypass moderation or security features

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for user conduct, third-party transactions, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
